Antique French Enamel Limoges Silver Brooch Pin

This antique French enamel silver brooch was handcrafted around 1910 by Louise Arnaud. Louise Arnaud was a well-known French artist who worked in Limoges, France. He was a master enameler whose work was typically done on a copper plate. An enameled display of colorful flowers is set at the center of a round silver brooch. The flowers are white, red, and blue, with green leaves on a white background. This pin measures 50 x 50.5 mm and it weighs 14 grams. It bears the French boar’s head mark and the back reads, “Arnaud Limoge”, it has been acid tested.
