Antique 5 Stone Diamond Edwardian Ring, 18k Gold

The gaslights have been lit, the carriages are arriving. Ladies in long flowing evening gowns step into voluminous rooms filled with music and cheer, clutching their dance cards. The sounds of laughter and music fill the air, the rustle of silk, the tinkle of crystal, and everywhere the glitter of diamonds meets the eye.

Handcrafted in London in 1906, this wonderful five stone diamond ring would find itself right at home amidst the glitz and glamour of Edwardian England, but it would be equally happy on the finger of a 21st century girl. Set with five hand cut gorgeous glittering old European mine cut diamonds, the 18 karat gold ring is in wonderful condition and would make a spectacular engagement ring or wedding band. The ring is fully hallmarked with a maker's mark and the English hallmarks showing the karat weight and place and date of its manufacture. The diamonds weigh approximately .5 carats total and have superb brilliance and fire. The ring is a size 7 but could be resized upon request, it weighs 2.4 grams.
