Antique 9k Rose Gold Curb Link Bracelet with Heart Lock Clasp, Hallmarked 1904

The wrist is highly undervalued real estate for jewelry. Have you ever noticed it? We deck out the hands in rings, sport earrings to frame the face, hang a dangle from the neck, but only a few of us know that it’s the bracelet which completes the jewelry ensemble. Ties it together, or, in this case you might say, has it all locked up!

This antique Edwardian curb link rose gold bracelet was hand crafted in Birmingham, England, in 1904. This lovely bracelet is fully hallmarked. It contains the letter year code, ‘e’, which means 1904. There is an anchor hallmark, meaning the Birmingham Assay Office. The gold purity hallmarks, both meaning 9 karat gold, read, ‘9’ and ‘.375’. The maker’s mark reads, ‘L.W & C’. The rose gold lock clasp measures 10 mm in width, the bracelet links are 10.5 mm wide and 5 mm deep. This piece weighs 22.8 grams and measures 8 inches in length. It has that fantastically soft velvety feel that only old gold can achieve and a wonderfully rosy overtone to the gold.

Help the woman in your life to complete her jewelry wardrobe with the gift of this soft and comfortable bracelet. It’s wearable from blue jeans to ball gowns!
