I love a good gypsy ring, and I’m telling you, as these rings go, this one is SO, SO good!
Set with 3 round bright red garnets, this ring has a fabulous heft and luxurious feel. The garnets are slightly graduated, the center is 6x3.2mm and the other two are 5.5x3mm. This ring would look great on a woman but was certainly made for a man, it’s a size 12.75 and the ring measures 7.1 mm north to south and 21 mm across at the face, it narrows to 2.7 mm at the back of the band and sits a low 3.5 mm off the finger.
Hand crafted in 14 karat gold, this ring was most likely made in America in about 1880. The ring weighs 7.1 grams and is marked with ’14k’ and a makers mark of ‘L.B’.
