The center sapphire measures 3.6 x 5 x 1.8 millimeters, approximately .26 carats, and the two side sapphires each measure 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.6 millimeters, for a combined approximate weight of .14 carats. Surrounding them are eight rose cut diamonds, each measuring approximately 1.5 millimeters. The ring is fully hallmarked with a crown, “18,” the Birmingham anchor, the date letter “n” for 1912, and the maker’s mark “H.W. LD.” It is a size 7.25 US and measures 10.2 millimeters north to south, 17 millimeters across the face and stands 3.6 millimeters off the finger.
