Antique English 15k Gold Diamond Band Ring 5 Stone

$ 880.00

– Sold Out
Three and five stone rings were so popular during the late Victorian era that it's a wonder they produced anything else. They often come in a combination of diamond and sapphire or ruby, and sometimes, like this lovely ring, they were all diamond. This is a great example of a late Victorian five stone diamond ring, something that has not declined much in popularity in the hundred plus years since.

Set in velvety 15 karat gold, five lovely and lively Old European cut diamonds sparkle away. Perfect for everyday wear, it would make a great engagement ring, wedding band or anniversary band. It's low profile would make it an excellent choice for someone who uses their hands a lot or is otherwise hard on rings.

This ring is fully hallmarked with the marks for 15 karat gold, the leopard head for London and the letter date code for the year 1892. Currently, this ring is a size 6, though it certainly could be resized a bit. It weighs 2.6 grams and the 5 diamonds have a total weight of approximately .2 carats.
