Antique Silver Enamel Locket with Poppies

This fabulous locket features an engine turned and hand painted enameled front over smooth silver. The locket measures 38.3 mm from top to bottom and 27.5 mm across, it’s 6.5 mm thick. The locket is hinged to open at the bottom and holds wonderful old photos of a man and his dog! Hand crafted around 1910-1920, I purchased this one in London and suspect it’s English in origin. It weighs 9.3 grams.
