Hand crafted in about 1880, this fantastic Victorian chain would originally have been worn to hold a ladies pocket watch, she would wear it straight down her front and tuck the watch into a small pocket in her waistband, how you wear it is completely up to you. At a seemingly endless length of 66 inches, this chain can go round and round and round, neck, ankle, wrist; whatever you like. The links are worked to be reflective and it gives this chain great sparkle and glow. The chain is marked with ’375’ and ‘9c’ both marks for 9 karat gold, and the chain weighs 35.8 grams.
