Antique Victorian Silver Bangle with Roses, Birmingham 1883

She swayed on the edge of a stool, one foot propped to balance the guitar across her lap. Her voice was velvety and sweet and told my heart all the things it needed to hear. What a shining star. My eyes devoured her from head to toe, that silky jet black hair, flushed ivory skin and sleeveless bohemian dress. As she strummed, the spotlight caught the rhythm of her glittering silver bangle. She was so graceful. Only her fingers and forearms, and that illuminated bracelet, telling of her fierce soul.
