Antique Victorian Turquoise Pearl Ring Hallmarked 1872

Sure, there are rings that are larger than this, smaller than this, sparklier, flashier, and newer than this. But honestly, who needs a trendy bauble when you can have a ring like this? It’s geometric, feminine, charming, and alluring. It was made for that little black dress and those impulsive downtown nights. When you’re in a ring like this, you can’t go wrong.

This antique Victorian turquoise and pearl gold ring was handcrafted in London, in 1872. It’s a pretty ring with a simple diamond-shaped face comprised of five turquoise stones and four pearls. All of the turquoise and pearls are round en cabochon cut and measure 2 mm in diameter. This ring has been fully hallmarked. It bears the gold purity mark, “15” on the inside and outside of the band. The inside is also marked with the leopard head for London, the date letter, “r”, and the gold purity mark, “.625”. The ring face measures 14.7 x 11.2 x 3 mm off the finger and the band width is 2.4 mm at the back. This ring is a size 7.5 and it weighs 2.6 grams.

With lustrous pearls and eggshell blue turquoises, this antique stunner will never steer you wrong.
