Art Deco Navette Diamond Ring White Gold

It’s not hard to find a ring I like. Finding a ring I love, however, is where the challenge lies. Sometimes, I’ll travel into the depths of Paris, meandering the narrow roads that cars can’t fit through and double check with my suppliers that they’re not holding back on me. Other times, I’ll wander through the English rain, seeking out my favorite antique stores that never let me down. In this case, I found myself in Scotland, staring at a diamond sparkler I instantly fell head-over-heels in love with. You’re welcome.

This vintage stunner was handcrafted, probably in America around 1925. It features five glittering diamonds set in 14 karat white gold. It’s a marquise shaped ring with organic curving details and a transition cut diamond at the center. This stone measures 4 mm in diameter and 2.7 mm in depth, weighing approximately .27 carats. There are four rose cut diamonds scattered about the ring face, giving this ring even more energy. The ring face measures 20.7 x 12 x 6 mm off the finger and the band width is 1.3 mm at the back. This ring is a size 5.25 and it weighs 3.1 grams. It bears the gold purity mark, “585”.

For that ring that lights the room on fire, figuratively of course, this masterpiece will do the trick.
