Art Nouveau Turquoise Pearl Drop Pendant Gold

The iconic lines of the whiplash motif mark this pendant as unmistakably Art Nouveau. Hand crafted in London, England in 1904, this beauty has fabulous style and appeal.

This wonderful, larger than usual, lavaliere pendant is 61.2 mm long and 22 mm across at the widest point. It is set with two bright turquoise gems, the larger being a cabochon tear drop mounted upside down. A creamy river pearl hangs from the bottom as a bit of contrast. This beauty is marked with English hallmarks which show it as being made in London in 1904 by ‘EH’, possibly Edward Hutton of 9 karat gold. Weighs 3.3 grams.
