Austrian Art Deco Platinum Diamond Cabochon Ruby Ring

Your boyfriend doesn't like red lipstick. But you wear it anyway. It makes you feel important, and classy. It complements the rouge in your cheeks and the shades of your hair. It's 1925, brick red lips are in. He should get with the times. But either way, you'll do what you want. You're that kind of girl. You shamelessly accentuate your beauty, for yourself, not anybody else.

This Art Deco ring would go perfectly with red lipstick, or no lipstick, or really just about anything. It’s wonderfully hand crafted in platinum and set with a bright red natural unheated cabochon cut ruby which weighs approximately 1.04 carats. The ring is further set with 44 diamonds which add up to approximately .6 carats in total. There are quite a mix of diamond cuts in this ring, from mine cut to modern cut, French Sienne cut to rose cut. This ring is marked with a ‘900’ mark and is likely Austrian in origin dating to about 1920-25. The face of the ring measures 7.5 mm north to south and 19 mm across, it sits 8 mm off the finger at the top of the ruby. This stunning size 7 ring weighs 3.3 grams.

Let him and the world know where you stand with this beautiful sparkling Art Deco Ring. This one would make a gorgeous engagement ring, too, if he knows what’s good for him. Come with a full appraisal done by an independent certified appraiser which values it at $7,374 for insurance purposes.
