Edwardian Moonstone Garnet Diamond Gold Earrings

Are you looking for a pair of earrings that are perfect for your holiday parties and yet can take you all the way to moonlit summer nights at the beach, these might well be just that pair.

These hand crafted Edwardian or possibly late Victorian earrings are just the right size, just the right shape, just the ring color, just the right everything. Each ear has two little leaves set with rose diamonds, four in all, and each set of leaves (holly leaves perhaps?) holds a glowing red oval faceted garnet and dangling below is a wonderful oval cabochon moonstone. The garnets weigh about .42 carats total and the moonstones are approximately 3.58 carats. These lovely earrings measure 32 mm from top to bottom and 11 mm across, together they weigh 3.3 grams. These earrings are marked on the wires but the marks are too worn to read, they test as 15 karat gold.

Made in London around 1900-1910.
