Victorian 3 Stone Ruby Diamond Ring 18k Gold 1894

Once again, I dabbled in the land of beautiful Victorian rings, what can I say? I’m drawn to this style of artistry; it matches my wanderer’s soul. I have a proclivity for all things sparkling and this little bauble has me weak in my knees. Simple, pleasing, a sight for sore eyes, somewhat familiar but different, like nostalgia is hidden deep within the glistening gems.

This Victorian gold ring was handcrafted in Birmingham, England in 1894. It features an old European cut diamond at the center, flanked by two round red/pink rubies on either side, all graver set in 18 karat gold. The diamond measures 2 x 2 x 1.4 mm and weighs approximately .04 carats. The rubies measures 2 x 2 x 1.5 mm and weigh approximately .04 carats each. This three-stone stunner weighs 1.9 grams and is a size 7. The ring face measures 6 x 12 x 2 mm off the finger and the band width is 2.2 mm at the back. This ring has been fully hallmarked. It bears the crown mark for England, the gold purity mark, “18”, the anchor mark for Birmingham, and the date letter, “n”.

Shiny gold wrapped around the finger with shimmering gemstones to top it all off, how can it get better than this? It can’t.
