Victorian English Silver Collar and Locket Set Necklace

Are you a sexy steampunk kind of girl? Do you have a little rock and roll rebel in your soul? These Victorians had the collar figured out and this one would go as well with a leather jacket as it ever did with a velvet corset, although it would go quite nicely with that, too.

A collar like this one can be worn lots of different ways, you can wear it with the clasp in front and the locket or a different bauble dropped off of it, or you can remove the locket and wear it with the clasp in back as a very smart choker.

This hand crafted beauty was hand crafted in England in the late 1880s. It has the smooth, silky feel that only old sterling seems able to achieve. The collar is 17 inches long the locket is 54.5 mm long and 32 mm wide, it weighs 68.6 grams. The locket opens to two frames with glass, it closes with a satisfying little snap. It has been acid tested.

A substantial piece of jewelry for a woman with a substantial sense of style.
