This fully hallmarked antique signet ring was handcrafted in Birmingham, England in 1867. It is 9 karat rose gold and a size 8.5 US. This classic shield-shaped ring measures 12.9 mm north to south, 12.4 mm wide and narrows to 5.5 mm at the back. It bears the gold purity marks ‘9’ and ‘.375’, the anchor mark, the date letter ’S’, and the maker’s mark, ‘J.M’.
