Vintage 1920s Moonstone Gold Ring

It looked like the light from the moon, as though silver drops of it were contained inside her ring. She wore it instead of a watch, as she liked losing track of the time. It’s easier to indulge in the living of life that way. She woke up with the sun and stayed up until the owls sung her to sleep. She had an understanding that destinations were grossly overrated and that the ticking of a clock never got anybody anywhere. She’ll stick to moonstones, thank you very much.

This vintage moonstone gold ring was handcrafted in England around 1920. It showcases a round cabochon moonstone set in 9 karat gold with a frame of twisting gold wirework. The stone measures 8 mm in diameter and 5.8 mm in depth. This ring bears the gold purity mark, “9Ct”. The ring face measures 11.6 x 11.2 x 7.9 mm. This piece is a size 7 and It weighs 2.9 grams.

A classic ring like this will never go unnoticed. It’s a Jazz Era piece, with the pizzazz of Art Deco, perfect for your finger.
