Vintage Art Deco Multi Stone Diamond Band Ring Stacker Gold

I wore it at a Gatsby party, drinking champagne out of a crystal coupe glass, dancing with well-clad strangers. My flapper dress paired well with my sequined headband as I stood on the balcony, looking out at everyone losing themselves in the crowd and the atmosphere of music and passion. This ring sat on my finger, like a diamond chandelier, garnering more attention than the jazz band below.

This sparkling 12-stone diamond ring was handcrafted in 18 karat gold. It was made in England around 1920. There are two rows of five diamonds across the face, with one additional diamond on both of the shoulders. Each of the diamonds are old European cut, and measure about 1.8 mm in diameter and 1.5 mm in depth, for a total of approximately .03 carats each or a total of .36 carats. The ring face measures 6.8 x 18 x 3.8 mm off the finger and the band width is 1.7 mm at the back. This ring is a size 6 US and it weighs 3.6 grams. It bears no marks and has been acid tested.

I adore rings like this, diamonds and diamonds and more diamonds, frosted across a ring face, with never ending amounts of glimmer. What’s not to love?
