Vintage French Art Deco Diamond Eternity Band Ring

Seven years earlier they met at a record store. He thought it was a bookstore when he first walked in, she was working behind the counter sorting vinyl. She had on thick framed glasses and her hair was dyed black. Her Rolling Stones t-shirt was faded like her jeans. He had on a blazer and loafers, completely out of his element. He looked around the shop for a while, unsure of what he was perusing. After a few minutes, he heard the music change and Bill Withers began to play over the sound system. He smiled to himself, enjoying the song. That’s when she asked him to dance, in the middle of the aisle, just because. Three years later here he was, in that same aisle, down on one knee holding out an eternity ring, asking for her hand.

This vintage French eternity band was handcrafted around 1920. It features 29 Old European cut diamonds set in platinum on a band with engraving all around the edges. Each of the diamonds measures approximately 1.7 mm in diameter and 1.2 mm in depth for a total carat weight of about .58 carats. This beautiful band is a size 8.25 and it weighs 3.1 grams. It bears the French dog’s head mark for platinum. The band width measures 3.0 mm.

Make a memory with this darling engagement ring. It will look perfect on her finger, catching even the faintest of the day’s light.
