This style and shape of brooch is so iconically Bernard Instone. Set with glowing oval cabochons of grey/blue chalcedony gems and crafted with lovely silver flowers and leaves in between.
This hand crafted brooch was made by Instone in England during the Arts and Crafts movement in about 1920, it is set with 10 cabochon gems which measure 10x6x4 mm each. The brooch itself measures 36 mm in diameter and weighs 12.2 grams.
