How wonderful is this beautifully detailed brooch? I love the swoops and wonder if it is a design indicative of plenty. Are those flowers? Ears of Corn? Wheat? Something plentiful about this one, maybe something plenty is coming your way?

This mid-century brooch was hand crafted in 800 silver in about 1950. It is a medium sized brooch set with three bright orange/red cabochon carnelian gems glow out of it’s fantastically detailed silver frame. The brooch measures 52 mm across and 31 mm north to south, it weighs 9 grams.
