Crafted in France around 1910 in a combination of 18 karat gold and platinum, this antique ruby and diamond ring features 32 natural rubies weighing approximately 0.66 carats, each about 1.2 × 1.8 × 0.9 mm. At the center, the plaque is set with 23 diamonds totaling approximately 1.08 carats. The diamonds are E to F in color, with Old European and rose cut styles, and SI to I1 clarity. The ring measures 19.1 mm north to south, 12.3 mm across, and rises 5.5 mm off the finger, with a 1.3 mm band width. It weighs 3.85 grams and is a US size 6. The original hallmarks have worn with time, but the gold and platinum have been professionally tested.
