This antique sapphire and diamond cluster ring has the enduring beauty of a design that has never fallen out of favor. The face of the ring measures 9.7 millimeters north to south and 15 millimeters across, sits 4 millimeters off the finger, and tapers to 1.7 millimeters at the back of the band. The ring weighs 3.46 grams and is a size 10 US.
