Handmade around 1900, this pendant is crafted in 9 karat gold, fully hallmarked "375" and "9C". The central faceted amethyst weighs approximately 1.96 carats and is mounted in a smooth bezel setting. Beneath it hangs a pearl measuring 2.8 mm. The pendant itself measures 33.2 mm tall by 16 mm wide and 6 mm deep, with a total weight of 2.7 grams. The included chain measures 18.25 inches in length.
