Handcrafted around 1910, this ring is made entirely of platinum and is set with five graduated cushion cut diamonds, each chosen for balance, fire, and presence. The diamonds range from approximately 0.37–0.40 carats at the ends, rising through two stones of approximately 0.58 carats each, to a commanding center diamond weighing approximately 0.85 carats, for a total diamond weight of about 2.75 carats. The stones are graded approximately J color, SI1 to VS1 clarity, offering beautiful warmth and lively brilliance characteristic of antique cuts. The face of the ring measures 6.3 mm north to south and 22.5 mm across, sits 6.1 mm off the finger, and narrows to 2.2 mm at the back of the band. It weighs 5.15 grams, is a US size 7.5, and is marked “PLAT.”
