Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and fully set on both sides, the pendant features a total of 49 rubies and 49 diamonds. The rubies include a center stone at approximately 3 mm, 38 at 2.4 mm, and 10 at 1.7 mm, totaling approximately 2.5 carats. The diamonds follow the same breakdown, for an estimated total of 2.2 carats. The pendant measures 27.5 mm tall (including the bail), 18.45 mm across, and 5.3 mm deep. Though unmarked, the gold has been tested as 18 karat.
