Sometimes the simplest things are also the most lovely. Case in point; this stunning blue chalcedony ring. Set with a smooth cabochon of stone which measures 16.5 x 12 mm, this simple yet hefty gold ring has beautifully clean lines and a great weight and feel. The 15 karat ring was hand crafted in England around 1910. The ring measures 18.3 mm north to south, 14.6 mm across and sits 8.3 mm off the finger, it narrows to 3.5 mm at the back of the band. This unmarked ring has been carefully acid tested to verify it’s gold content, it’s a size 8.35 and weighs 9.9 grams.
