This Victorian ring was handcrafted in England around 1900. It’s a glimmery little stunner featuring five round cabochon opals patterned with 10 rose cut diamonds. The largest opal can be found at the center of the ring face, it measures 5.3 mm in diameter and 3.3 mm in depth. This piece is a size 8.25 and it weighs 4.5 grams. The ring face measures 7.5 x 22.5 and it sits 5.4 mm off the finger. It bears the gold purity mark, “18 C”.
Opals look like the universe and all her colors inside one tiny gem. Lucky you, getting to wear the stars on your finger.
