This ring feels like a bloom caught at the moment it opens. Seven opals glow softly, each with its own wash of sky-blue, sea-green, and fleeting fire, gathered into a generous flower that sits proudly on the hand. Crafted around 1920, this ring is made of silver and features seven closed-back opals, including a central opal measuring approximately 8 by 5.7 millimeters, with surrounding opals measuring approximately 5.6 by 5 millimeters, 5.6 by 4.5 millimeters, 6 by 5 millimeters, and 6 by 4.5 millimeters. Six closed-back sapphires, each measuring approximately 2 millimeters, are set between the opals. The ring measures 24.2 millimeters north to south, 22.7 millimeters across, and sits 5.6 millimeters off the finger, with a band width of 3 millimeters. It weighs 7.1 grams and is a US size 8. The underside of the ring is beautifully engraved. There are no marks.
