Handcrafted in England in about 1890, this 18 karat gold ring is hallmarked "18" and "J.W.B LD." The sapphire measures 4 × 4 × 2.8 mm or .32 carats, accented by two pearls of about 3 mm each. The face of the ring measures 7 mm north to south and 16 mm across, rising 3 mm off the finger, with a band 2.8 mm wide. It weighs 4.65 grams and is a US size 7.25.
