Handcrafted in about 1940, these 18 karat gold earrings measure 53.5 mm long, 15 mm across, and 15.3 mm deep, with a combined weight of 27.75 grams. Ten closed-back diamonds sparkle at the center, four measuring 3 mm, four at 2.8 mm, and two at 2.4 mm. They bear no hallmarks, but have been carefully tested for metal content. The construction features flexible articulated “ribbons”, post and ear clips.
