There’s a warmth to this antique Edwardian ruby and diamond ring that feels deeply personal, three glowing rubies set like embers in warm 18 karat gold, their crimson tones softened by the gentle sparkle of early rose cut diamonds. The design flows beautifully across the finger, each stone framed by delicate crossed goldwork that gives the ring a sense of movement and intention. This antique English ruby ring feels chosen with care, intimate rather than showy, a jewel meant to be worn daily and loved quietly over a lifetime.

Handcrafted in England and fully hallmarked for Chester in 1906, this antique seven stone ring is made of solid 18 karat gold and bears the crown, “18,” Chester town mark, date letter “F,” and maker’s mark “J.H.” It features three natural rubies totaling approximately .83 carats, including a center ruby measuring about 5.5 x 4.5 x 3 millimeters, approximately .59 carats, flanked by two rubies measuring approximately 3 x 3 x 1.8 millimeters each for a combined .24 carats. Four rose cut diamonds, each measuring approximately 1 millimeter, add soft flashes of light between the rubies. The ring measures 6.8 millimeters north to south, 18 millimeters across the face, sits 3.9 millimeters off the finger, with a band width of 3 millimeters. It weighs 3.37 grams and is currently a US size 7.25.

Romantic, expressive, and beautifully preserved, this Edwardian ruby diamond ring carries more than a century of devotion in its curves. Whether chosen as an engagement ring, anniversary treasure, or meaningful heirloom, it is the kind of antique gold ring that becomes part of your story, glowing quietly on the hand, a reminder that the most meaningful jewels are often the most personal.
