Handcrafted around 1900, this antique sapphire diamond ring is made of solid 18 karat gold. It features three natural sapphires totaling approximately .36 carats, including a center sapphire measuring about 3 x 3 x 1.8 millimeters, flanked by two side sapphires measuring approximately 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.8 millimeters each. Surrounding them are ten diamonds totaling approximately .20 carats, each measuring about 1.7 x 1.7 x 1 millimeter. The ring measures 6.2 millimeters north to south, 18 millimeters across the face, sits 4.6 millimeters off the finger, and narrows to 1.8 millimeters at the back of the band. It weighs 3.19 grams and is currently a US size 6.25. There are no visible marks and the ring has been tested.
