This Claddagh ring made around 1720, is unmarked but tests as silver, it is sized at a 10 US. It measures 11.5 mm tall at the crown, 20 mm across the top, and 2.3 mm thick, with a substantial 6.4 mm wide band. It weighs 5.01 grams and bears the hallmarks not of assay offices, but of time and use, soft edges, gentle wear, and that unmistakable glow of age.
