Vintage Marianne Berg for David Andersen Silver Necklace

$ 580.00

This wonderful and eye-catching necklace was designed by Marianne Berg for David Andersen, a Norwegian company started in the late 1800s. The necklace was made in the 1960s and has that big and bold modernist feel that helped to define Mid-Century design.

M.B.’ for Marianne Berg, ‘Silver’ and ’925 S’ for Sterling Silver, the scale symbol assay mark and the makers mark ‘UNI D-A’. The drop is 58 mm long and 43.5 mm across and it measures 23.5 inches long around the neck, it weighs 31.2 grams.
